Team Division Options:

• Co-Ed QUADS: Advanced & Intermediate - divisions ONLY - $250 per team
  Must have (1) female player
  Only (4) players per team
• Co-Ed 6’s: Beginner / Social - division ONLY - $375 per team
  Must have at least (2) female players
  Only (6) players) per team entry
• Net Sponsorship Team $500 (either Quad or 6 man team)
  Includes (1) team & a individual logo acknowledgement on signage at net.
  Must be registered by May 31st with logo

• Players must be at least 10 years old
